You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. NKD Beauty strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Exceptions NKD Beauty does not charge a restocking fee if: Items are damaged and/or defective

To return your purchase from NKD Beauty, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Return form. Please mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, NKD Beauty will process your return. Please allow at least 5-10 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. NKD Beauty will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
